🇮🇳 Indian hotel chain Oyo is sharing real-time data about customers arrivals and departures with state governments. It replaces a process that is manual and asynchronous. Things change when they go real-time, so what could the unintended consequences be?

🇲🇦 The Omidyar Network has invested in an 'Aadhaar like' open source identity platform called MOSIP. The first country to use it will be Morocco. Aadhaar in India has shown ID is not just about technology, it's as much about privacy laws, what data gets linked, and the effectiveness of the civil society response. One to watch.
